Many of his photos are quirky and funny…and they are always full of life. Free entry. Stroll around Orange Highland Gardens Sunday 15 April @ 3.30pm Helen will take you on a stroll through the 2011 Grand Champion Garden at its autumnal best. Glass of wine is included. News Wine and Garden Awards in 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is the Orange Region’s ‘hero’ variety and Orange Highland came out on top with: Sauvignon Blanc 2010 Trophy (& gold medal) – Orange Wine Show 2011 One of James Halliday’s NSW Top 100 Wines Sauvignon Blanc 2011 Gold medal – National Cool Climate Wine Show 2011 Silver medal – Orange Wine Show 2011 Orange Highland Gardens was awarded Grand Champion Garden in the 2011 Orange Garden Competition. Winner of People’s Choice Award – 2011 Sculpture Exhibition Natalie Reid’s sculpture ‘Hay Relic with Wrens’ received the People’s Choice Award. Barbara Thompson, a visitor from Eugowra, correctly forecast this result and has received her prize of six bottles of Orange Highland wine.
