The 2010 Highland Red is a blend of Sangiovese and Shiraz fermented together in open fermenters with gentle cap management. The wine was then matured in old French oak barriques for 12 months to minimise oak influence and let the varietal characters show through.

Shows a combination of cherry and herb spices.
Palate:
A medium bodied wine with distinctive Sangiovese savoury characters blended with Shiraz spice with a savoury fine finish.
