Variety: Pinot Gris Region: Orange Region, NSW, Australia This Pinot Gris was picked at optimum ripeness and fermented in stainless steel fermenters at cool temperatures to retain the fresh fruit flavours and aromas. Winemaker notes: Colour: Pale straw with a slight green hue Aroma: The varietal aromas include fresh cut pear and citrus fruits with underlying honeysuckle blossom, rose petal and spice. Palate: This is a full-flavoured wine with lovely palate weight and texture. The citrus and fresh pear fruit flavours are soft and round with a touch of mineral complexity, finishing crisp and dry.
