Variety: Pinot Noir Region: Orange Region, NSW, Australia This rosé was picked at optimum ripeness and fermented in stainless steel fermenters at cool temperatures to retain the fresh fruit flavours and aromas. Winemaker notes: Colour: Attractive salmon pink with a bronze hue. Aroma: This is an attractive wine with lifted and perfumed aromas of strawberry and red fruits with a hint of savoury bacon. Palate: A light bodied wine with sweet fruit flavours and a hint of game and earthiness. Food: This is an ideal wine to enjoy with a broad range of Asian inspired dishes.
